Physical Training (P.T.) Team


The Physical Training team competes in every drill meet we go to. The events range from relays, one or two lap sprints, 1-1/2 mile runs, pull-ups, and almost always sit-ups and push-ups. You practice at school every week as well as exercise at home to better yourself. Each PT team member must be able to perform the minimum PT test requirements for their sex and age group.
